He graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and an emphasis in Investments. He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Taxation at Howard Taft University. Richard holds the following licenses: Series 6, 7, 63, and Life/Disability Insurance. He earned his Certified Financial Planner designation through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado and is an Enrolled Agent. He has been married since 1995 and has two sons. He and his family spend much of their time outdoors. His wife, Kelly, enjoys horseback riding while Richard is an avid cyclist. They are also active members of South Hills Community Church in Corona. Richard's primary focus as a financial planner is to improve the quality of his clients’ lives by helping them make better decision about their money.
