FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT NETWORK, INC. (FMN), (a Registered Investment Advisory firm) uses the team approach to financial planning. We offer expert advice in the areas of Taxes, Cash Flow Management, Insurance, Investment Planning, Business Interests/Employee Benefits, Retirement/Pension Planning, Estate and Education Funding.

Services provided by FMN using the seven elements to financial independence are:

1. Tax Planning: Planning for the reduction of tax liabilities to increase cash flow for personal spending and for investment allocation.
2. Cash Flow Management: Maintaining and enhancing personal cash flow through employment, professional practice, or business ownership and controlling allocations of expenditures for life-style maintenance, taxes and investment.
3. Risk Management: Planning for the protection of cash flow through sound financial management and through cost-effective planning, insuring against risks to income and assets.
4. Investment Planning and Liability Management: Planning for and managing the building of a capital base for generating future cash flow by spending current annual surpluses of cash for investment assets and managing appropriate levels of liability associated with building your net worth.
5. Business Interests and Employee Benefits: Planning and managing the integration of personal financial planning objectives with the assets and cash flow of business ownership interests and the various employee benefits typically associated with corporate executives and other salaried employees.
6. Retirement and Economic Independence: Planning the allocation of specific investment dollars (in conjunction with social security benefits and pension and other retirement plans) to provide adequate capital to generate the cash flow deemed necessary for economic independence.

Estate Conservation and Distribution: Planning for the lifetime accumulation and appropriate titling of assets and their distribution according to dispositive intentions at death.

FMN will assist individuals, businesses, corporations, and the financial services industry by:

* Defining your objectives (both short and long-term), and comparing this with your present financial program.
* Presenting alternative and optional methods of achieving your financial goals
* Developing a comprehensive corporate and/or personal financial, tax and estate plan which includes tax and estate planning concepts
* Implementing your personally designed plan

Since your current financial and estate situation consists of many aspects, coordinating these key areas into a comprehensive plan can only enhance your overall position. This is the first step toward creating financial security.

FMN will work with your accountant, attorney, broker, insurance agent and investment advisor. We will coordinate the efforts of these professionals to ensure that all elements of your financial plan accomplish your objectives and are implemented.

FMN's fees for consulting or planning are approved in advance by the client. FMN's fee structure is as follows: Note: Our initial consultation is free of charge.

 

1. Consulting fees are $125.00 per hour.
2. Total Financial Plan - $850.00 to $5,000, as determined at the initial interview.
3. Corporate & Business Planning - $5,000 and up.
4. Asset Management fees are based on the total value of the managed assets in a portfolio. All fees are offset by any commissions generated by a trade.
5. Investment or insurance recommendations may be made at no cost at the discretion of FMN.

Financial Management Network, Inc. is registered with the SEC as an  investment adviser and as such is licensed directly in its state of residency, California. All other states FMN conducts business in is done through a de Minimis filing with said states.
