Steve graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1986, holds Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Exam), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam), 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law Exam) and 7 (General Securities Representative Exam) securities, and is an Investment Adviser Representative of FMN Capital Corporation.
He has been recognized as a distinguished producer by the “The Million Dollar Roundtable” (MDRT), an organization which recognizes the top 5-7% of the financial advisors worldwide. (From 1996-2008) Steve has over $400 million of life insurance in force with his clients.
He motivates and helps his clients set and achieve retirement goals with usage of the appropriate retirement options given there own unique set of circumstances at hand. He will often tell his clients,” You can have your cake and eat it too” (Live or Die Planning)

Steve was a member of the U.S. Olympic Volleyball team from 1986-88. He was a two-time NCAA Volleyball Champion at Pepperdine University from 1985-86, (NCAA MVP in 1986) and a team member of the Macabia Games in Israel in 1983. He also played professionally in Switzerland from 1988-90. He has continued to compete in the USVBA volleyball championships from 1986-2008. In Atlanta in 2008 Steve was dubbed as an All American (one of 5 out of 120 athletes) in the 45 and over age bracket.
Steve’s accomplishments and winning history as a dedicated team player have helped him to motivate and lead his clients to reach their fullest potentials, goals and successes both personally and professionally. But, Steve will tell you that his greatest accomplishment is being married to his lovely wife Donna for 24 years, and producing two large beautiful boys, Phillip 17 and Grant 14.
